About Me

Namaste Yogis!

I am Yogini Afreen; a Certified Yoga Teacher. I embarked on this journey of  Yoga a decade back when my Core Strength was Zero and I was suffering from an Acute Anemia. I used to wake up feeling exhausted every morning. It seemed like there’s no end to this meaninglessness. All I wanted was a day where I’d feel healthy and fresh. It took me more than a decade to achieve my goal of feeling Healthy and looking Healthy. Yoga helped me achieve this goal. Yoga introduced me to myself and showed me what I am capable of.  My journey from a frail anemic young girl to a Yoga Teacher is filled with ups and downs. There were moments when nothing made any sense. There were days when I would question myself. No matter what and how I felt, my discipline held me up. I never gave up. I kept experimenting with my own challenges to reach a place which would feel like ME. I am here to share all my knowledge and wisdom that I acquired over the years to help you reach your maximum potential. I want you to know what you are capable of if you never give up. But in order to never give up, you must first begin somewhere. And I want you to begin here with me.

  1. Introduction to Yogic Lifestyle: You as a Yogi/Yogini must know that Yoga is not just a form of exercise but Lifestyle.
  2. Mindful Training: Unless there is complete surrender of your ego, there can’t be a mindful Training. Without Mindful Training, there is no real bliss.
  3. Slow Flow: Slower movements of Yoga practice would help you develop the Core Strength like never before.
  4. Yoga for Cardio: For weight loss , Cardio yoga has proven it’s great benefits. Also, it helps you improve your Metabolism.
  5. Flexibility Movements: The Yoga Body is a Flexible Body that makes you feel magical every time you look in the mirror.
  6. Breathing Exercises: Brain is the King of all organs and the only way to keep it Calm and focused is by providing it enough Oxygen. The Yoga Body is capable to inhale deeply and exhale all the worries of yesterday.
  7. Meditation: The purpose of life is to find Peace and Tranquility through our days. Meditation has that power to balance your life. A Yoga Body is a Tranquil Body.
  8. Introduction to Divine Masculine & feminine: Knowing your body and soul as a Man and a Woman is knowing your core energy. Once you awaken it, you become infinite.
