Namaste Yogis!
I am Yogini Afreen; a Certified Yoga Teacher. I embarked on this journey of Yoga a decade back when my Core Strength was Zero and I was suffering from an Acute Anemia. I used to wake up feeling exhausted every morning. It seemed like there’s no end to this meaninglessness. All I wanted was a day where I’d feel healthy and fresh. It took me more than a decade to achieve my goal of feeling Healthy and looking Healthy. Yoga helped me achieve this goal. Yoga introduced me to myself and showed me what I am capable of. My journey from a frail anemic young girl to a Yoga Teacher is filled with ups and downs. There were moments when nothing made any sense. There were days when I would question myself. No matter what and how I felt, my discipline held me up. I never gave up. I kept experimenting with my own challenges to reach a place which would feel like ME. I am here to share all my knowledge and wisdom that I acquired over the years to help you reach your maximum potential. I want you to know what you are capable of if you never give up. But in order to never give up, you must first begin somewhere. And I want you to begin here with me.
What Do I offer
Vinyasa Yoga
The great Yogi B.K.S Iynger says,” The breath is the King of mind”. This is for a reason. Vinyasa Yoga develops that breathing pattern that flows slowly and deeply in your body making your mind more present and body more flexible.
Meditation
There is no Yoga without Meditation. It is the proven technique that calms your mind and awakens your senses. My Meditation classes are for everyone who wants to feel the state of real bliss.
Flexibility
The Yoga Body is an epitome of flexibility and strength. The spine is the fountain of youth and the Flexibility classes will unleash that mystery upon you. My classes will make you reach the heights of flexibilty.
Spirituality
Yoga is the union of mind, body and soul. You do poses to feed your body. Meditation is for the mind but there are practices for your spirit too. You are not healthy unless you feel at great ease in body, mind and soul.
