Spirituality
Yoga is the union of mind, body and soul. You do Asana/poses to feed your body. Meditation is for the mind but there are practices for your spirit too. You are not healthy unless you feel at great ease in body, mind and soul. I work on all these aspects to help you achieve the real benefits of Yoga.
